Volunteer opportunities

Get involved

Do you have any time to spare? Would you like to help our activities by volunteering? Samantabhadra Centre is a UK registered charity which is run entirely by volunteers. Volunteering is a great way to give to the people of the West Midlands and a good way to learn more about the Buddhist way of life. Please help more people to find real methods to solve their problems.

There are many ways in which you can get involved, no skills are required  -  just a willingness to help.  Everybody is welcome - including people who don't normally attend the centre. Please get in touch for more details.

Examples of volunteer activities:

DIY, office work, answering the phone, IT work, leaflet distribution, gardening, cleaning, cooking, fundraising, sewing, helping at your local class and much more.

Centre Cherishing days:

A great way to help the centre and enjoy a meaningful day. Drop in any time. Even if you only have an hour to spare. No skills required. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Sunday 15 August (from 10am - 5pm) Starting the day with muffins and coffee

On this day we will be paiting and decorating - getting the centre ready for the new term of classes in September
