Foundation Programme

In-depth study programme 

 

Would you like to deepen your understanding and experience of Buddhist meditation? The Foundation Programme is a more in depth study programme which involves studying a text within a group of committed students.

FP in Birmingham
 
Currently Foundation Programme classes in Erdington run on Mondays, during term time – 6.15-9.45pm. Contact the centre if you would like to try it out. Please email fp@meditateinbirmingham.org if you have any enquiries.

New Wolverhampton FP class
 
A new Foundation Programme course is now running in Wolverhampton. We are studying 'Eight Steps to Happiness' by Geshe Kelsang.
 
The course is held on Tuesdays during term time
Time: 7pm-9pm
Venue: Quaker Friends Meeting House, 8b Summerfield Road, Wolverhampton. WV1 4PR.
